Sales, Promotions and Price Adjustment Policy

At KHOI, we aim to provide fair and consistent pricing and promotions to all of our customers. To clarify our policies on sales, promotions, and price adjustments, please see the guidelines below:

1. Price Adjustments:

   • All price adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
   • We reserve the right to decline a price adjustment request for certain items, including but not limited to items that may have recently gone on sale or were part of a limited promotion.

2. Sales and Promotions:

   • Sales and promotional offers are only valid during the specified time period stated at the launch of each promotion.
   • We do not honor sale prices or promotional discounts for orders placed outside of the promotion’s designated timeframe, including any requests for future or previous orders.
   • Items marked final sale will not be eligible for any exchange or return. 

3. Discount Codes and Promotional Codes:

   • To receive a discount or promotional offer, the provided code must be entered at checkout before completing the order.
   • If the promotion ends at a specified time and the code was not applied at checkout, we are unable to apply the discount retroactively to a different or past order.
   • In cases where the discount code was omitted or incorrectly applied, we do not honor requests to refund or credit the difference.
