New York City Pop-up FAQs

Our Chicago studio will be closed the weekend of Saturday, November 9 - Sunday, November 10.

We will not be hosting a VIP event or meet and greet experience ahead of our NYC pop up. We invite you to visit our venue on Saturday, November 9th for the full shopping experience.

Our NYC pop up experience will be fully cashless. We accept all major credit cards or KHOI gift cards.

Our preview of on-sale items will begin closer to the day of the event. Please stay tuned to our social media and this page to stay up to date on key pieces that will be available. At this time, we are unable to take requests for specific pieces to be brought to NYC.

Our Creative director, Hayet Rida will be in attendance at the NYC pop up experience.

Due to sanitary reasons, earrings will be able to be touched/placed against the ear but unable to be fully tried on. We will allow the try on bangles, bracelets and necklaces.

We will not be serving any food/drink during the NYC pop up experience. We will also not allow guests to bring any food or drink inside the space.

Extra packaging will not be allowed to be purchased during the event. Should you want to purchase, we invite you to shop via our packaging page on the site.

We will be unable to take phone orders during the pop-up event and will only be able to honor walk-in customers.

Our items will be available in limited quantities and be available on a first-come first served basis. Once an item sells out, we will not have the ability to pre-order or reserve future inventory.

Our venue will unfortunately not include a public restroom during the event.

Please continue to stay up-to-date with our website and socials for any future updates on pieces available at our popup.

As pieces are available in limited quantities, on a first-come first-served basis and may sell out while your Tasker waits in line, we’re unable to guarantee an item's availability that may be on your list.

We are unable to release inventory numbers but please be advised that items will be available in limited quantities.

We love all of our KHOI babes equally. With that in mind, we will allow 15-20 guests inside at a time based on the order in which they joined the line.

We would love for you to share your experience at our pop-up! However, to ensure all guests have an opportunity to shop, guests will be asked to exit the store after completing their purchase. Out of consideration for other babes waiting in line, we kindly ask that filming be kept brief. Thank you for understanding!

As pieces are available in limited quantities on a first-come first-served basis, our entire inventory will be released at the time the door opens.

Items in stock at our popup are available for in-person purchase only. We are unable to accept online or phone orders.
