Handmade/Natural Material Guidance Our current collection features a range of pieces that are carefully wrapped, beaded, foiled and constructed by hand. Due to their individual nature and the use of natural materials, no two pieces will appear the same. Please note that we cannot exchange, return items based on differences bases on material and craftsmanship technique. Craftsmanship materials include: Spirals, Wood, Wrapped Wire, RAFIA, Beading, Pearls, marbling.

All items marked as “Final Sale” will be consolidated and shipped in our old KHOI velvet packaging.

We ship your KHOI purchases from our fulfillment center within 3-5 business days of your order (business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays). Please keep in mind that your purchases will be shipped within 3-5 days of your order, not delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address.

Our Domestic standard shipping fee is $10.00 while International shipping is available on all products starting at $35.00. Expedited and Next-Day shipping options are also available for domestic orders only.

Keep in mind that the shipping cost does not include customs fees which will be determined upon arrival into your country by your local import authorities. Transit times may vary based on local import laws and carrier schedules.
