All items marked as Final Sale may be consolidated and shipped in our old KHOI velvet packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill requests for particular packaging choices at this time.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we have decided going forward that versus putting each individual item into separate bags, our fulfillment team has been empowered to combine similar size items, respectfully. We understand that you may love getting an item in each bag, but we are being more mindful in reducing waste and decreasing our footprint more by taking this approach.

We ship your KHOI purchases from our fulfillment center within 3-5 business days of your order (business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays). Please keep in mind that your purchases will be shipped within 3-5 days of your order, not delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address.

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee at checkout for U.S. orders.

Please note that we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for business or shipping efficiency. By placing multiple orders within this period, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued due to combined shipments. 

International shipping is available on all products; for a flat rate fee of $30. Transit times may vary based on local import laws and carrier schedules.
