XILA features a top handle, with an included adjustable strap. Kindly note that the handle is suitable to be held and cannot be worn as a bangle.

The inside features smooth leather and an inner pouch with zipper.

Our bag featured PU Vegan pebbled leather. This bag is considered water-proof however we encourage customers to avoid liquids and perfumes for more long term wear. The hardware of the bag is made of brass and hand plated in 18k gold with a brushed gold finish for a tarnish free long lasting wear.

To help prolong the life of your bag, please store in your dust bag in a cool and dry place. To clean, please use a dry cloth to wipe away any spills.

Your items will be delivered in one of our premium KHOI packaging options. Please be aware that the packaging may vary depending on the specific needs of the product and safety considerations during shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill requests for particular packaging choices at this time.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we have decided going forward that versus putting each individual item into separate bags, our fulfillment team has been empowered to combine similar size items, respectfully. We understand that you may love getting an item in each bag, but we are being more mindful in reducing waste and decreasing our footprint more by taking this approach.

We ship your KHOI purchases from our fulfillment center within 3-5 business days of your order (business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays). Please keep in mind that your purchases will be shipped within 3-5 days of your order, not delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address.

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee at checkout for U.S. orders.

Please note that we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for business or shipping efficiency. By placing multiple orders within this period, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued due to combined shipments. 

International shipping is available on all products; for a flat rate fee of $30. Transit times may vary based on local import laws and carrier schedules.

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged products purchased at full price, or products received with manufacturing defects, for an exchange or a return via store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.   

To be approved, a return must meet all the following criteria: 

• The item was shipped to a US address. We are unable to accept returns on international orders. 
• Items are in their original condition without signs of wear and with all KHOI tags, packaging, and dust bags, included.

• Item arrived damaged or defective but is within the 14 day return period. 
• Return was initiated, approved and postmarked using the prepaid KHOI label within 14 days from the date of order delivery. Items returned without approval are not eligible for store credit, exchange, nor refund. If a different return label is used, KHOI is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Returns and exchanges will not be processed until the package is located and received.
• Item is not marked as final sale or listed 'as-is'.
